Mission's Healthy Weight Program
Mission's Healthy Weight program is geared toward healthy nutrition, exercise planning and behavior modification and is ideal if you want to lose 10-40 pounds. It provides you with the opportunity to receive professional, personalized coaching and individualized instruction for supporting long-term weight loss and ongoing weight management.
The Healthy Weight program begins with an initial one-hour visit with a registered dietitian, who will help you develop a meal plan and several personal lifestyle goals. We then combine one-on-one consultations and ongoing group education.
Joining this program means committing to personal counseling with our registered dietitian and exercise specialist, as well as attending 12 weekly classes over three months. After completing the 12-week program, you can attend weekly maintenance classes with continuing support to help you keep the weight off.
